Abstract

This study examined the administrative requirements for implementing emanagement in government institutions. It followed a descriptive analytical approach and aimed to identify the fundamental administrative requirements for applying e-management in government institutions. The study emphasized the importance of adopting e-management instead of traditional management to facilitate access to data and information for making appropriate decisions. The study hypothesized that there is a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of electronic transactions and administrative performance in the Collection Department at the Ministry of Finance . Key Findings There is a positive relationship between electronic planning and administrative performance in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in the Collection Department at the Ministry of Finance Main Recommendations- Adopt a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that includes all levels of management within the Ministry of Finance and the Collection Department to ensure integration between departments.KeywordsE-management, administrative requirements, information technology, electronic transactions, digital transformation
