Abstract

The research dealt with the impact of creative leadership on stimulating innovation, applied to the Ministry of Finance and manpower-River Nile state-Sudan, and the study aimed to address the problems that hinder the stimulation of innovation in the Ministry of Finance and the Nile River State, and to identify the extent of the impact of the skills of the leader in stimulating innovation, and to identify the impact of the strength of the leader's influence in stimulating innovation, and to identify the impact of the leader's experience in stimulating innovation. The study used the descriptive analytical method to test hypotheses and obtain information through a questionnaire, and the study reached several results, including that the leader in the ministry should have physical characteristics and knowledge of human knowledge. The minister should be good at administrative planning, pay attention to priorities, and adhere to them.The minister is putting a lot of effort into working within the ministry. The behavior and actions of the manager affect employees by motivating and providing support to them.The study made some recommendations, including involving employees more in the decision-making process. Work on spreading the team spirit, cooperation between employees. Periodically review the regulations and administrative procedures to simplify and facilitate them.
