Abstract

In this study, the researcher deals with the notables of the Moroccan jurisprudential and fundamentalist schools, and an aspect of the characteristics of the schools of each of them, in order to benefit from their scientific, fundamentalist and jurisprudential experiences in deriving legal rulings.

The researcher deals in particular with the great scholar "Qadi Ayyad", his name, lineage, upbringing, his schools of jurisprudence and fundamentalism, and the impact of that on his students and the Moroccan schools of jurisprudence.

The researcher concluded the study with several findings and recommendations, including:

The notables of the fundamentalist schools of jurisprudence have a prominent contribution in jurisprudence and its principles.

The researcher recommended further research and investigation into the Moroccan schools of jurisprudence and fundamentalism.
