The Interactive Effect of High Performance Work Systems on the Relationship between Incentives and Employees Performance through the Mediating Role of Diversity Management inHealth Sector at Riyadh Locality (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Abstract
The study aims to explore the direct and indirect relationship between Incentives and Employees Performance impact of universities governance on moral decision making and indirect through the mediation of diversity management, in addition to examine the moderating role of high performance work systems on that relationship, whether on a direct or indirect relationship; This was applied to a random sample of (400) respondents in Health Sector at Riyadh Locality (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). The study follows or adoptal a descriptive-analytical approach. The researcher use questionnaire, and then the regression processor tool (SPSS Macro Process Version 4.2) to test the effect of each the mediating and moderating variables on the study model .The result of the study concluded that diversity management partially mediates the relationship between incentives and employees performance, and high performance work systems has a moderating effect on the direct impact of incentives on diversity management and employees performance, and finally, high performance work systems moderating effect of diversity management on the relationship between incentives and employees performance .The study recommended the Health Sector at Riyadh Locality deeply practicing of incentives , diversity management and high performance work systems that enable to improve employees performance
